Responsible for Computer Vision in Airbus Group’s Digital Transformation Office, Cameron is passionate about applying technology to transform the way Airbus designs and builds aircraft. Based in Toulouse, France, Cameron works with a multi-national team of computer vision experts to develop solutions to optimise Airbus’s operations in 6 countries on 3 continents.
Previously Cameron was the lead engineer in Emerging Technologies at Qantas, the world’s most experienced airline. There he applied AI to a diverse range of projects including modelling aircraft performance, satellite connectivity, financial hedging and network optimization. He holds a number of patents and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.
