Alin is a polyglot software developer with expertise in the Java/JVM ecosystem, leading an ING Hubs Romania’s team who is implementing an event-driven platform for delivering email, SMS and push notifications to ING customers worldwide. 

With a solid background as speaker at tech meetups and former organizer of such events, he does not shy away from live coding sessions. He is an advocate of continuous improvement and a strong believer that the right combination of practices helps the teams obtain better results sooner, not faster.
