Nadiya Shvai, PhD is a Senior Data Scientist at Cyclope.ai, responsible for Research. Together with the team she designs and applies efficient deep learning solutions to the highway safety and maintenance tasks, such as vehicle classification and counting, trajectory identification, automatic incident detection and roadsharing statistics collection. Nadiya works not only on production pipelines, but also engages consistently in research activities. Every year Cyclope.ai produces research articles, presents at international conferences and animates relevant workshops. Since last year Nadiya has been the Head of the research activities in Cyclope.ai. Last, but not the least, Nadiya is also a passionate educator. For almost a decade she has been teaching students at National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Data ScienceTech Institute in Paris, and Paris-East Créteil University.
